Note: This clinic provides lab blood draws for ages 9 and over.
X-ray: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Physical Therapy: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (closed from 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm)
