At Memorial we are committed to providing you with knowledge, support and medical guidance to help you achieve your weight loss goals. Our programs are offered in conjunction with the Health Management Resources (HMR) meal replacement program or are geared to support you with your own weight loss program.
HMR programs offer healthy meal replacements including tasty shakes, entrees and snacks to help you achieve weight loss. HMR products are available for purchase at our Healthy Images office at 100 Health Park Drive in Owosso.

We offer programs designed to meet your individual needs, with or without medical supervision.
- HMR Core® & Maintenance -12-week weight loss core program
- $99 (additional costs may be incurred for lab work, EKG & physician visits if medically managed).
- Healthy Lifestyles - 12-week weight loss
- $69 (dynamic & interactive education & support - meets weekly - learn the facts about label reading, grocery shopping, sugar control, carbohydrate management, and much, much more)
- HMR at Home®
- $30 (includes individual consult and meal plan)
- Maintenance Support Group
- $20/month or $50/3 months (for all individuals regardless of weight loss program used - meets weekly)
- Fitness
- Diabetes & Nutrition Counseling (Individual & Group Classes available)
- Work-site Wellness
