Cancer Survivor Day Set for June 1

May 11, 2017

In recognition of National Cancer Survivor Day, Memorial Healthcare will be hosting their Annual Cancer Survivor Day celebration on Thursday, June 1st. This FREE event will be held at Memorial’s Medical Arts Building, located at 721 N. Shiawassee Street in Owosso (corner of King St. and M-52) from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Activities will include an ice cream social, recognition ceremony, guest speakers, raffle, live music, and more.

From family members to close friends, everyone knows someone whose life has been touched by cancer.  A cancer survivor is anyone living with a history of cancer—from the moment of diagnosis through the remainder of life. Memorial Healthcare extends an invitation to everyone who has been touched by a cancer diagnosis, including family, friends and caregivers to join in this special occasion.
