Had me research my medication options and choose the one I felt most comfortable with, empowering me to be a part of my own treatment plan! Explained everything clearly without talking down to me. I feel that time ran out at the end of the appointment and things got rushed as far as the plan moving forward. I was given a written plan of care that included many different possible treatment options. It was like a list of things to consider. I felt lost as to what I was supposed to do next and still do. I prefer a provider to tell me their opinion about what treatment path would be best, to give advice based upon their experience, and to give me guidance about what treatment to pursue. For example, "I've had very good success with abc" or "I think xyz would really help you", etc.

Dr. Masih is probably one of the most courteous doctors I have ever worked with. Nobody would blame him for an inflated ego, kind of expected for the specialty. But he seems very humble and grounded.

The nurse that received my approval for botox from my insurance company was wonderful as well. She went out of her way to deal with what can be a difficult insurance company. sincerely, I've never had a better, more collaborative doctor. I experience a lot of pain and when it's exceedingly bad, Dr. Masih has overbooked his schedule to get me in. I always require a procedure, which I know takes additional time. I've never felt rushed and he gives frank and honest information. I'm not type of person that information gives me comfort. So I've always appreciated Dr. Masih's involving me in the maintenance of my care.

this was my first experience with telemedicine appointment, and the only thing I could recall that Dr. Masih could not do (obviously) was check my reflexes. Everything else that was normally done during a regular in office visit was accomplished in the telemedicine visit.
