She sounded judgy about me being an asexual married person, but she more than made up for it with her patience and kindness toward my anxiety and discomfort during my exam. She asked very considerate follow-up questions, as well.
Arlanda Smith was great. I had lots of questions and she listened and answered all of them and had great suggestions for my concerns. This was my first visit with her. I was very impressed with her. I will definitely continue my care with her.

She was very good at explaining things and breaking them down for me. I probably wouldn't recommend for people who've never been to an OBGYN or if it's their first Pap smear. I felt like it was very rushed and I wasn't really sure when things were going to happen. I work in a dentist office and so I understand having multiple patients and needing to be 4 places at one time so I wouldn't say it ruined my experience or gave me a bad experience but things could have been a little slower and more warnings before stuff was actually done. Overall great doctor and staff

The communication with my provider was fantastic. She explained things well and left plenty of opportunity for me to ask questions and discuss our care plan. Communication between her and the other staff was excellent also. Everyone seemed on the same page.
