Dr. Hazem Tabbaa is a fellowship-trained and board-certified physician in Gastroenterology and Advanced Interventional Endoscopy, specializing in interventional endoscopic procedures. Dr. Tabbaa received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is double board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. Dr. Tabbaa was Chief Resident and Fellow of Internal Medicine and gastroenterology departments at Franciscan Health. After completion of his Internal medicine and GI training, Dr. Tabbaa proceeded to further hone his skills by completing a fellowship in Advanced Interventional Endoscopy with nationally renowned Gastroenterologists at Parkview Health in Fort Wayne, IN.
