Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

very Condensating and unsympathetic with my issue.

Doc Rocks, good guy.

good always

dr lou is always informative with my issues.

Dr. Lu was very informative and he could tell I was having a difficult time focusing. he asked if I could repeat his instructions. when I was at a loss, he patiently repeated himself without judgement or frustration.

“I believe in an approach to care that not only addresses the treatment of disease and physical illness but also the social, emotional and psychological aspects of health and well-being. Given my background in public health, I am committed to promoting preventative health measures. In my experience, good patient care is built on having a trusting relationship with a primary care physician who not only knows your medical history, but also who you are as an individual and how you wished to be cared for.  I believe all patients deserve to be listened to and treated with respect.” – Dr. Liu
