Amazing! I felt seen & heard! Although I still get migraines, I have medicine in place to manage the pain. The dictation for my visit was sent to me in the patient portal. She documented that my appearance was "disheveled". That is not only not true but very hurtful! I shower daily, wear clean clothes, comb my hair, etc. I choose not to wear makeup. I cannot understand why she documented that.
