Excellent doctor
The provider I saw was unprofessional. She stated I was anemic and the labs showed I wasn't. She didn't address ANY of my concerns, she refused to call me back to explain my labs. She said they were fine, I had them looked at and it's showing I should have had a liver screen done to confirm whether I'm having kidney or liver issues, along with me being malnourished from not being able to digest protein. She told me NONE of this and refused to even talk to me. I have no diagnosis still.
Dr. Livieratos is absolutely fabulous. I am so glad I have finally found a PCP I enjoy again.
Dr. Liveratos was personable. I liked her honesty and her ability to be lighthearted.
Dr interrupted my husbands explanations and concerns. She cut him off while he was talking. She stopped me when I was answering question, before I could explain my condition. She angrily typed notes into the computer. I left the office with out any discussion what caused me to go to the hospital and was only told to take over the counter meds to treat symptoms. This was the worst medical experience of my life.
Dr. was great. Answered all my questions and I felt good with care when I left.
I have a complex medical history. I am aware of that. I have been on bactrum the antibiotic or doxycycline so many times and just got a pic line removed. I explained those medications didn't work on me for infection. The Dr instead of listening at all or coming up with a care plan told me to "just go to the Ear then they can deal with it" My ears were infected. I went to the ER and they did deal with it. The woman was cold, cruel and didn't listen to me. The hospital did and I received excellent care there.
This doctor takes time to hear your experiences and concerns, Then provides feedback and suggestions that relate to your every day health and wellness. I could not be more pleased with the choice I made to visit this practice.
I know Dr's are always pressed for time. But once she closed the exam room door she made me feel like I was her only concern.
I have already recommended to three people. First time in years I felt so comfortable with a Dr. I am very happy that I have found this Dr. And feel very confident in her care.
I'm not sure I'll stay with this provider.
Seemed to know a lot more about the issues I was having than other dr & pa. Answered & informed me of things I had asked about previously(last 7 yrs) but only got a general response.
