Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

dr pace takes away my defeated feeling regarding my pain. he gives me hope.

It is a pleasure to see Dr. Pace, will always continue to stay under his care.

I have recommended Dr. Pace to several people.

He didn't know I was there because of a car crash and TBI even though the nurse knew.

Dr. Pace explained, in depth the level of care I will receive and what to expect.

I met Dr Pace for the first time. I was looking for a new neurologist since my current provider in the metro Detroit provider is retiring. Dr Pace made me feel like he cared and he was very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable have also recommended my sister and friend transfer to Dr Pace for their needs.

other than the long wait time, I am extremely happy with Dr.Pace and the staff at this clinic. He is warm, patient, truly listens, is very knowledgeable and has an excellent patient care manner.

I would have liked a little bit more take home information on Lemtrada rather than being told to go online for information.

listens & wants to make sure I feel that all my concerns are being addressed

dr Pace is thoughtful, informed and patient. he had a great sense of humor and always makes me feel hopeful.

Dr. Pace actually showed concern as to what was going on with me and seemed like he knew what may be the problem but if not seems like he wants to get to root if what is causing the problem which I'm so appreciative of because I've felt before that people just thought I was crazy with the answers I was given after being seen for the same issue.

Excellent. I am glad to have seen such a competent professional

He always takes all the time I need, never makes me feel rushed and really LISTENS to me
