Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Dr. Vorenkamp takes the time to listen to my concerns. Very friendly & understanding doctor.

the office checked up on me twice to see how treatment was going.

very friendly and helpful

my dr is AWESOME

I am new to the area, this is only the second time I've seen this provider, first time was just a get to know your provider visit. With the lack of time this provider spent with me during this visit didn't do much for my confidence in her.

De. Vorenkamp and her staff are great..

gone to this doctor for over 20 years.very good provider

I came in concerned about what I thought may have been a kidney stone. It turned out I didn't, but had instead pulled a muscle that I had never experienced before. I felt the doctor kind of disregarded my concern, and I didn't really get a chance to completely understand what had happened.

Dr.Vorenkamp is great. She is a good listener and explains things so I can understand

Provider breezes into the room and asks one or two questions before giving a course of action. Does not suggest alternatives, explain the options, or explain why she has decided on these courses of action. She does not say whether or not there should be a follow up appointment depending on results of any tests, she does not inform the patient what tests are being done for or what results are being sought. I feel like I don't know what is going on with my body and I feel like my doctor doesn't care. I'm in pain, but I have no idea what to do next because my provider hasn't mentioned any choices that I had going forward.

all of the people are so friendly:)
