Stacy was not at all helpful when explaining my needs for an upcoming surgery. She refused to give me any type of clearance, when other physicians did ie primary doc and cardiology. My surgery may be cancelled due to lack her lack of help. Also, has no empathy. I will be changing doctors.
Stacy ALWAYS goes above and beyond. Walked me through the process of my new medication step by step. This is why I drive the hour to her vs changing doctors to someone more local to me
