I was there for a routine phys. therefore most of the questions don't apply. Everything is just fine!
Was told it was important to schedule colonoscopy yet nothing in Dr notes stated this. So when I told them I needed a referral to schedule it, assistant stated it wasn't in the notes.
Dr Macal took adequate time with me. He answered my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly and offered me options that may be a better route of therapy for me. Most of all though, whenever I have an appointment with him, he actually listens and does a very thorough examination of me. I felt that I was competent and capable of following through with his orders. I highly recommend him.
