Heart & Fitness Program
Memorial Healthcare invites you to join our popular Heart & Fitness exercise program where you will learn how to improve your overall health and have fun, too. The Heart & Fitness program is facilitated by a Certified Athletic Trainer who will help you develop an exercise program for your specific needs.
Others like yourself have found that the Heart & Fitness program has helped them to address health issues such as being overweight, having high blood pressure or elevated cholesterol levels, reducing risk factors for heart disease, back pain and other balance disturbances.
Through valuable one-on-one interaction, you will experience the benefits of improving your health while achieving your personal goals. In addition to exercise supervision, the athletic trainer works with you during each and every session to help you modify your routine so that you get the most out each session (at no additional cost). We also offer a 25% discount to relatives attending Heart & Fitness sessions together.
Before your initial session, we will assist you in obtaining written clearance from your physician to exercise. Then, an overall assessment will be conducted by our qualified staff that will be used to develop a customized exercise regimen for your needs.
