Friends of Hospice Hosts Annual Poinsettia And Ornaments Sale!

Wednesday, November 1 (2023) – Owosso, Michigan – The Memorial Healthcare Friends of Hospice is hosting their annual Poinsettia Sale. Plants can be pre-ordered November 1st – November 17th. Choose from five different poinsettia plants.

Pricing:

  • 6” plants – $10
  • 8” plants – $25
  • Decorated wreaths – $25

Friends of Hospice are selling ornaments for the Friends of Hospice Christmas tree. These ornaments are in remembrance of a loved one and will be displayed on the Friends of Hospice Christmas tree located in the main lobby at Memorial Healthcare from November 27th – December 27th. Ornaments must be picked up from the front desk in the lobby the week of January 2, 2024.

  • 2” Square Willow Tree“You will always have my heart”
  • 3” Feather Blue Bulb“In loving memory – always loved, never forgotten, forever missed”
  • 3” Ivory Remembering You Bulb“Remembering you always, forgetting you never”

The Hospice program provides bereavement follow up and supportive grief counseling to Hospice families for a period of 13 months following a loved one’s death. Services include telephone calls, in-home visits, monthly support groups, etc.

At Memorial Healthcare, Hospice care is provided through an interdisciplinary, medically directed team consisting of compassionate and caring Hospice nurses, home health aides, social workers, a spiritual advisor and Hospice volunteers. Charitable contributions raised through Friends of Hospice provide support services not reimbursed by insurances that improve the quality of care that Hospice provides.
