Intensive Care Unit
The Intensive Care unit is designed to care for the critically and seriously ill patient. This unit provides continuous observation, concentrated skilled nursing care, specialized treatment and emergency lifesaving measures. The unit is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art monitoring equipment and allows for the centralized monitoring of each patient’s condition.
The Intensive Care Unit has eight private rooms and serves both medical and postsurgical patients.
Our 32-bed Long Term Care Units offers both skilled and basic levels of care without leaving the main inpatient facility. A multi-disciplinary staff works together to provide residents with an atmosphere that is comfortable and “home-like.” Planned activities, facilitated by a full-time activity technician, are offered on a daily basis. These include spiritual services, movies, crafts and group exercises. Quarterly patient care conferences include nurses, therapy staff, social workers, dieticians, physicians, the patient and/or the patient’s family.
We also offer a 7-bed Medicare certified Skilled Care Unit offering physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, 24-hour skilled nursing, weekly patient care conferences and more.
